  • Booking Terms, Payment & Cancellation Policies

    At Go Gatti Party Bus & Shuttle Rentals, we believe in clear communication and no surprises. Please review our booking policies below before securing your reservation.

  • Booking & Deposits

    A $200 deposit is required to secure all bookings.

    • Deposits may be paid by e-transfer or cheque
    • All dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis
    • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received

    Deposit Policy:

    Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred within the same booking year, provided cancellation guidelines are followed.

    Please note that all rebookings are subject to current pricing at the time of the new event date.

    Deposits & Booking

    A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

    Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred within the same booking year if cancellation guidelines are met. Rebookings are subject to current pricing.

    Payment

    All bookings are customizable, and pricing varies based on event type, duration, and service requirements.

    • Full payment is due no later than scheduled departure time
    • Vehicles will not depart until payment is received in full
    • Final payment details are confirmed approximately one week prior to your event

    Qualifying refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days.

    Overtime

    If service extends beyond the scheduled time at the client’s request:

    • Additional time is billed at $150 per hour + tax
    • Overtime must be paid by cash or e-transfer at the time of service
    • If payment cannot be arranged, service may conclude at the scheduled end time

    Cancellations and Agreement

    • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event date.
    • Cancellations made 14+ days in advance allow the deposit to remain transferable within the same booking year
    • Cancellations within 14 days result in forfeiture of the deposit

    In rare cases where Go Gatti cannot provide service due to mechanical issues, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, deposits will be fully refunded or alternative arrangements will be discussed.

    Agreement

    • By placing a deposit, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
